After an order is placed, we send out a couple of emails with shipping information:
- When the order is all packed up and ready to go and
- When the order has been marked as delivered to your door.
Sometimes people don't get shipping information and it's usually because:
- The email address was spelled incorrectly or
- The spam filter of their email snatched our precious emails
To avoid having any issues just be sure to double check the spelling of your email address and check your spam box/junk folder if you think it's been too long since you made your order to not have gotten a shipping update.
When will I get my order?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm EST.
Orders made from our online store ship on the next business day and if you type in your email address at the check out you will receive the tracking number once it has shipped.
If your order was placed on a Friday, it will ship out after the weekend. If the Monday following your order date is a holiday, your order will ship on Tuesday.
Friday Orders in a Rush
If you make an order on Friday but need it to ship before the weekend, you can contact us to submit a request for a speedy shipment by 2pm EST and we'll happily ship your order before the weekend.
